Re-lapse

Feeling better ?  thought so, only to relapse in to a touch of Pneumonia.
2 weeks of feeling like s--t, on the mend and will be out and about by the weekend ( I think ) fed up of no photo's and no fresh air.

Feeling Better

I do feel a lot better this week so Monday found me at Marton, where else ?

The Tree Creeper was on show at the summer hide most of the day.

Only one Brambling showed up all day

Still the Flu won't go

Have not felt to good this weekend, I don't seem able to shake the last of this flu off.
Made an effort today and found a few Fieldfare, Thrushes, Bramblings and all of the normal stuff, a good amount of wildlife about in spite of the dreary weather and it  never really did brighten up.

Worth the effort

A decent amount of snow fell Thursday night, so after avoiding all of the "drivers" that seemed to think it was 10 ft deep, the day turned out quite productive. Marton looked very pretty even though it was cold, at least the winds of the last few days had dropped.

Post the Bloody FLU

Just had the dreaded Flu for a week or more, never have my bone's ached so much.
 Felt a bit better today so I went for a walk around Marton and found this little beauty.

A New Year

2015 brings a change to my work regime, instead of semi retirement meaning a 4 day week, it now means a 2 day week, I know, you all feel sorry for me. Oh I don't know how I will fill my time lol, the photo's below may be a clue.

I may just go out and take a few more,  that's if the wife doesn't find me things to do, other than the decorating, which I know about.

Buzzard

Due to the fact that I have not been on many rambles of late, preferring at the moment to concentrate on one patch, this blog has been left in the dark.

Not as busy as last year, perhaps Saturdays rain had people thinking it may rain again.
It didn't but it made for a day that was bright and not to contrasty, so I took a few photo's " big surprise " only took wide angle though, so working in non wildlife mode. Hope you enjoy.
